ASSESSMENT
AIIR coaching starts with a comprehensive Leadership Assessment. Psychometric tools and 360 data reveal strengths, derailers, and external perceptions of our client’s performance. A Developmental History Interview creates background and context for a coaching engagement.
INSIGHT
An Assessment Feedback Session uncovers key development opportunities. The client and coach work together to create a formal Strategic Development Plan that aligns with the organization’s business goals.
IMPLEMENTATION
To execute the Strategic Development Plan, the coach and client meet regularly in focused coaching sessions. The coach challenges and supports the client to move away from their comfort zone and adopt new leadership behaviors.
REINFORCEMENT
In order to strengthen and refine a client’s new knowledge and skills, the coach shifts focus toward creating strategies for sustained success. The coach and client identify long-term leadership development goals.
