The ICF NYC and New York University event will focus on the benefits of coaching and leadership development for women
ALERT – This event has been rescheduled for April 9th!
AIIR is pleased to sponsor Coaching Women Leaders to Succeed in Business, a presentation and panel discussion presented by the NYC Chapter of the International Coach Federation and New York University, April 9th at the NYU Kimmel Center.
Research has shown that diversity and inclusion lead to better outcomes for companies. Recently, a study of California’s 400 largest public companies by the University of California, Davis found that the 25 firms with the highest percentage of women executives and board members showed 74% higher return on assets than the rest of the survey group.
Yet, women are still underrepresented in leadership.
The ICF/NYU event will explore challenges and opportunities for coaching women in organizations, and what coaches and organizations need to know and do to better develop their women leaders.
The evening will include a keynote presentation by NYU Head of Human Capital Programs Anna Travis, Ph.D., and a panel discussion featuring thought leaders and executives from Comcast, PartnersInternational, Dow Jones, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
The panel will also feature AIIR senior coach Jamie Ramsden.
