Andy brings over 25 years of international leadership, mentoring and coaching experience to AIIR. From Engineer to Manager, to a series of strategic Director positions, Andy specialized in helping teams and individuals to find their purpose, their professional identity and how to activate change in the pursuit of success and meaning. Andy cares deeply about the value of a great business culture. 

As a coach, Andy is known for his personal warmth, his listening skills and ability to create a safe and comfortable space in which to think aloud and to go deep in exploration of situations, challenges and emotions. He gently challenges clients, tests perceptions, helps them to explore potential pathways and outcomes often helping clients to reframe their position and leave with a powerful sense of ownership and commitment to activate the change that they seek to make.

Prior to becoming a full time coach, consultant and facilitator, Andy led a highly successful cultural change program with a campaign that included 4,500 people across EMEA. Andy’s first leadership position came in the form of building an entirely new Engineering team across EMEA, recognized for highly successful knowledge management. This model became the standard for Cisco globally and was successfully executed over 20 years.

Andy went on to play a key role in simplifying highly complex business and technical challenges to create scalable as-a-service models for retail and banking. Andy has developed an integrated suite of Leadership Coaching, Leadership Development and Change Leadership and is working with Leadership Teams to identify, build and activate their authentic leadership culture.
