Dr. Ben Capell is an executive coach and senior organizational development consultant with nearly 20 years of experience helping leaders elevate their impact, overcome organizational challenges, and improve team performance. His key areas of expertise include leadership development, team effectiveness, cross-cultural collaboration, and inclusion.

Ben has designed and led large-scale talent and leadership initiatives across global organizations. At Hewlett-Packard, he held regional and global roles in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and employee engagement.
