Caryn brings over 25 years of experience working with CEOs, Senior Leaders and Boards on topics related to leadership and large-scale organizational change.
She works globally in collaboration with expert partners to address complex business challenges. She specializes in CxO advisory, top team alignment, operating model redesign, and building organizations capable of learning. All of her work focuses on helping senior leaders architect and lead change. She also has deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and building centers of excellence as levers for transformation.
Caryn has divided her career between internal change leadership roles and external consulting roles. She is a trained facilitator and coach, certified in various assessment instruments.
Caryn served as a Leader in Residence at General Electric (GE) as they set out to transform the company under CEO Larry Culp through “True Lean”. Earlier in her career, she was an Executive at GE, working as part of Jack Welch’s transformation of GE. Caryn also served as an SVP at GlaxoSmithKline, where she built Centers of Excellence to support massive change across the business.
Caryn spent several years in change management consulting with Mercer Delta (now Oliver Wyman), returning to Oliver Wyman in 2019 (through 2021) to help build their Organization Effectiveness practice. Caryn has also served as an External Advisor to McKinsey & Company, as a Partner at Monitor Deloitte, and as a Senior Client Partner with Korn/Ferry International as they embarked on building an integrated human capital solutions business.
