Courtney Quigley is a Senior Solutions Architect at AIIR Consulting and Director of Operations at AIIR Analytics, where she leads the firm’s executive assessment practice and partners with clients to design and deliver impactful solutions. With a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, she brings deep expertise in assessing senior leaders and high-potentials, developing success profiles and organizational leadership frameworks, and guiding VP and C-Suite assessments that align with organizational goals. Her professional background includes experience in nonprofit and corporate healthcare, where she managed operations and led teams in intermediate care facilities for adults with intellectual disabilities. She has also held HR and talent acquisition roles in the manufacturing industry, supporting a bilingual workforce, where she refined her ability to select and develop diverse leaders. These experiences have helped her partner with senior leaders across the Fortune 500 to drive succession planning, selection, and leadership development initiatives, ensuring that assessment strategies are integrated with talent management. Beyond her role at AIIR, Courtney is dedicated to advancing the science and practice of executive assessment through mentorship of early-career women in IO Psychology with SIOP and its Chicago chapter. In addition to being certified in AIIR's proprietary assessment tools, she is also a certified Hogan practitioner, using insights from assessments to guide leaders toward transformative growth.
