David Yudis brings 16 years of executive development experience to AIIR, where he specializes in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. David is deeply experienced in working closely with leaders to enhance their ability to effectively strengthen and further develop their skills in leading and competing during challenging and dynamic times. He is adept at identifying and targeting areas of strength and key development themes and then aligning development goals and desired outcomes with activities and metrics that are targeted to the individual’s strengths and capabilities. He is especially skilled in working with leaders to understand and build their capabilities in the areas of emotional intelligence, executive presence, and organizational dynamics. He is also skilled at addressing and strengthening personal and team performance, strategic thinking, organizational alignment and succession planning.
David’s coaching is grounded in his experience as a senior human resources executive and management consultant in a variety of organizations and settings. He has worked extensively as a coach and advisor to senior and mid-level management of highly competitive organizations that range from small cap to large multinational corporations. David’s background in matrix management models working across global and virtual teams has provided a foundation for understanding diverse perspectives when designing solutions to enterprise wide challenges in people, strategy and systems implementation. He is able to quickly assess development needs and advise clients on how to bridge the gaps that inhibit the potential for growth.
David has led global teams and coached and advised senior executives to success throughout his 15+ year career in talent management. During 12 years with The Walt Disney Company, David held a variety of executive positions with increasing responsibilities across several global operating segments. These positions included a range of specialist and subject matter expertise roles focused on the growth of businesses via innovation, global immersion and the use of technology on multiple platforms. David has worked with senior executives and teams from around the world and led the development and coaching initiatives for the organization’s Top 200 leaders.
David is a licensed psychologist. He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and MBA from Widener University, and a Master of Science in Education and undergraduate Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
