Dr. Davida Vogel is a licensed psychologist and executive coach who helps leaders navigate complexity, elevate their leadership, and align who they are with how they lead. With a decade of experience at the intersection of psychology, business, and leadership development, Davida brings a grounded approach to coaching that integrates deep insight with actionable strategy.
Davida’s coaching focuses on helping leaders build greater self-awareness, regulate stress and emotion, and shift patterns of thought and behavior that may be holding them back, especially during times of transition or uncertainty. She partners with leaders to expand their capability in areas such as executive presence, decision-making, communication, and overall wellbeing. Clients appreciate her ability to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space for honest exploration, while providing direct feedback and strategic framing needed to drive meaningful progress.
Before stepping into her current role as Director of Global Coach and Facilitator Talent at AIIR Consulting, Davida built a career that spans clinical practice, executive coaching, and teaching. She has worked with individuals across industries and life stages, supporting their growth through 1:1 work, team development, and leadership assessment. At AIIR, she leads a network of more than 200 coaches and consultants, overseeing talent strategy and community-building initiatives designed to foster excellence, engagement, and belonging. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member in Widener University’s PsyD/MBA program, training the next generation of leadership development practitioners.
Davida holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and an MBA, and brings a systems-oriented, holistic lens to every engagement.
