Biography

With 15+ years of experience across leadership development, startups, management consulting, and technology, Edward is an executive coach who partners with senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate complexity, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.

Edward’s professional background includes senior leadership roles at high-growth and scaled organizations. He has built and led teams at Square and eBay, and held leadership positions at Caviar (now part of DoorDash), where he led national restaurant growth along with sales strategy and operations. At Square, he led product management and product marketing for Square Marketing, doubling the business and launching new offerings. He later oversaw the core product experience at BetterUp, supporting a leadership platform used by organizations across industries. Earlier in his career, Edward worked at Monitor (now Deloitte), advising Fortune 500 companies across technology, biotech, and pharmaceuticals, and later joined eBay’s strategy team, where he launched a B2B wholesale marketplace.

In addition to his work with AIIR, Edward is the founder of Wexler-Beron Leadership Group, where he works as an executive coach and leadership development partner to leaders across technology, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. His coaching clients include executives, founders, and senior leaders navigating role transitions, leading change, strengthening executive presence, managing complex stakeholder environments, and building high-performing teams.

Edward holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MSc from the London School of Economics, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a certified facilitator through xchange.
