Harish Seshadri

Harish Seshadri is a Professional Certified Coach, Executive and Career Transition consultant at AIIR Consulting. Harish focuses primarily on a systemic approach to executive and team coaching. Systemic Individual & Team coaching brings entire organizations into perspective even when coaching at an individual level. 

Harish brings a balance of head & heart to his work, with distinct attributes of purpose, passion, optimism, authenticity, courage and empathy. Coming from a background in sales and marketing, he is the biggest cheerleader for his clients, never letting them lose sight of their goals. Harish’s coaching is always evolving, integrating the highest level of coaching skills, advanced coaching tools, models and processes.

Harsh comes to AIIR as a Senior Leader in Sales and Marketing formerly with HP Inc. He has worked at Samsung and Whirlpool, has led teams and been a people manager for more than 20 years. He has lead teams of up to 400 and coaching has been a way of life for him his entire career. 

Harish has over 3 decades of multicultural and cross geography experience in various senior leadership roles. He has extensive exposure working across domains, cross industry and sectors in his multinational career with various Fortune 50 companies.

After his corporate work he made a conscious move to coaching and has been an independent coach for startups, a career coach and a board member for one company.
