I’ve been an HR professional for over 25 years, with a background in Learning and Development and Talent Management. I’ve designed and facilitated programs for high-potentials, people managers and leaders, and development planning. As an experienced facilitator and coach, I’ve utilized my ability to connect with participants as individuals and challenge them to find ways to be their best in all aspects of their lives.
The foundation behind my approach is simply to turn content into action—to create a path for individuals to make an impact on themselves, others, and their organizations. Through my work in creating a strengths-based organization, 72% of those who completed my program reported having an increase in productivity. For those who fully participated in the employee engagement programs, higher engagement scores were reported, and my own team was in the top 10% of the organization. I was even asked to present at the Gallup International Conference about these achievements!
