Her superpower is helping others develop an awareness of the behaviors and habits that hold them back and create action plans for change. She helps leaders align their intentions with perceptions creating new neuropathways for success.
Holly previously served as VP & Managing Principal North America Coaching, where she was responsible for leading the Coaching practice and the Project Management Office for a division of a $21 billion Fortune 500 company.
Holly was an award-winning sales professional and seasoned operations leader. She brings a multi-functional perspective and systems thinking to her coaching and consulting. Holly managed key national accounts, large-scale projects, and strategic client relationships. She is a four-time recipient of the President’s Award for Outstanding Service. Holly held leadership roles at one of the world’s largest accounting/management consulting firms and a national retailer.
Holly is a successful business owner and the co-founder/co-host of the Uplifting Women Podcast. Holly volunteers time with The Honor Foundation, providing support to military special forces personnel transitioning from military to civilian life. She sits on the Executive Advisory Board for the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches and holds a Master Corporate Executive Coach credential.
