Jeremy has been a consultative career and leadership coach for the last 28 years, building on his 10 years of direct experience as a full-time leader and member of diverse and dispersed teams within six multinational organizations, including Citibank, JP Morgan, Reuters, and the World Bank.
Since 1992, Jeremy has designed and led many individual coaching engagements and small group processes on leader effectiveness, change management, and career development issues for current and future leaders in academia, corporations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations across North America, Western Europe, and East Asia. Recent coachees have been based in Australia, Crete, Finland, Germany, Japan, Poland, Rwanda, Scotland, South Africa, Sweden, Uganda, and the USA.
