Joanna is a Managing Partner at JRock Consulting. By strategically applying her expertise in talent management, Joanna enables her clients to achieve significant business results. Leveraging her years of experience in designing and validating competency models, she is able to assist leaders and managers in identifying the critical behaviors needed to elevate their performance to the highest levels. Building on validated competency models, she is able to design and apply legally sound assessment and development programs to assist in succession planning and performance management.

Whether it is coaching executives, designing and managing large-scale executive assessment centers, or assessing individual executives for selection or development, Joanna provides clients with critical insights on leadership behaviors that will impact their business’s bottom line.

Joanna’s corporate experience includes serving as Director of Organization and Management Development for PepsiCo International, where she was responsible for the company’s Leadership Development and Career Development programs, Organizational Survey, and Performance Management. Prior to joining PepsiCo International, Joanna was a Senior Manager at Aon Consulting. At Aon she designed, implemented and validated programs on executive assessment, leadership development, selection, performance management, and customer service and training for a variety of clients in industries such as financial services, travel, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical catalog sales, and insurance. She has served as an executive coach to many senior managers and executives.

Joanna was also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the CUNY Baruch Zicklin School of Business.
