With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in corporate America, Katherine Lewis has walked in the shoes of her executive coaching clients. In her many leadership roles she has managed multi- billion dollar companies through major organizational and cultural change and mentored dozens of mid-level, senior, and C-suite executives.
Katherine coaches, advises and consults for executives at companies ranging from start-ups to large, global organizations. She works extensively and passionately with senior executives on leadership development, change management and strategic planning. She coaches teams experiencing fast growth and organizational change and guides newly promoted managers in developing their leadership and management skill sets. Katherine believes strongly that the best leader is a centered leader and coaches to help her clients achieve that. She works in a range of industries including, finance, media, pharma, biotech and creative services.
Previously, Katherine was president of internet-photography company, MyPublisher.com (now part of Shutterfly Inc.) where she rapidly scaled the company from a start up to a $30 million entity.
Katherine has extensive experience in senior roles in the cable television industry having marketed and launched several digital products, including digital TV, cable internet services and video-on-demand for cable operators Time Warner and Cablevision. She also held the role of Global Brand Manager for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Worldwide at Starwood Hotels.
Katherine began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company where she advised Fortune 500 companies on strategic and organizational issues. She has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Haverford College. She is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) by the Coaches Training Institute as well as having her PCC Certification from the International Coach Federation. She is a Birkman Method and Hogan Assessment consultant.
Katherine is a volunteer mentor for young companies through the Harvard Business School’s New Ventures program as well as an alumni mentor for the school’s recent female graduates. Katherine resides in New York City and is a member of the Association for Corporate Executive Coaches and the International Coach Federation.
