With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in corporate America, Katherine Lewis has walked in the shoes of her executive coaching clients. In her many leadership roles, she has managed multi-billion-dollar companies through major organizational and cultural change and mentored dozens of mid-level, senior, and C-suite executives.
Katherine coaches, advises, and consults for executives at companies ranging from start-ups to large, global organizations. She works extensively and passionately with senior executives on leadership development, change management, and strategic planning. She coaches teams experiencing fast growth and organizational change and guides newly promoted managers in developing their leadership and management skill sets. Katherine believes strongly that the best leader is a centered leader, and she coaches to help her clients achieve that. She works in a range of industries, including finance, media, pharma, biotech, and creative services.
Previously, Katherine was president of the internet photography company MyPublisher.com (now part of Shutterfly Inc.), where she rapidly scaled the company from a start-up to a $30 million entity. Katherine has extensive experience in senior roles in the cable television industry, having marketed and launched several digital products, including digital TV, cable internet services, and video-on-demand, for cable operators Time Warner and Cablevision. She also held the role of Global Brand Manager for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts Worldwide at Starwood Hotels.
Katherine began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company where she advised Fortune 500 companies on strategic and organizational issues. She has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Haverford College.
