Kerry Bunker is a seasoned Leadership Coach, Team Facilitator, Organizational Consultant, Leadership Scholar, Author, and Keynote Speaker. With over three decades of experience in leadership development, he has coached and trained executives in Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profits. Kerry has worked closely with CEOs, Presidents, and Vice Presidents from various organizations in the United States, Europe, and Canada.
During his 23 years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Kerry served as a Senior Fellow, leading C-suite coaching and specializing in authenticity, change leadership, learning agility, and managerial stress. He also directed the Awareness Program for Executive Excellence (APEX), an 18-month assessment and coaching experience for C-Suite executives. The Conference Board recognized him as a Senior Fellow in Human Capital Development.
Currently, Kerry is the President of Wayfinder Executive Coaching, his own coaching and leadership development practice. Building on his CCL experience, he offers executive coaching and experiential learning for senior leaders facing the challenges of authentic leadership in times of change and uncertainty. He has directed senior-level change leadership initiatives, such as the transformation of the Canadian Federal Public Service and the United States Postal Service.
