Kira Sloop

Biography

Kira Sloop, MPH, BCC is a behavioral scientist, dynamic facilitator, and executive coach. As a Talent and Organizational Design executive for a large consulting firm, she led the company’s strategy for leadership assessment, learning, and development to build a stronger pipeline required to fuel a growth-focused culture. Kira designed programs for rising leaders to lean into their leadership style, mid-career leaders to expand their leadership perspectives, senior leaders to activate their influence, and enterprise leaders to let go of what no longer serves them to drive growth of their business and their teams. In addition to workplace personality, leadership style, and 360 assessments, programs included business simulations, networking with senior executives, peer coaching, and/or capstone projects. As a coach, Kira has helped hundreds of leaders thrive during increased ambiguity and complexity, developing their inner mastery to maximize outer impact. Her superpower is using assessments to generate insights and powerful dialogue for leaders who recognize the need to adapt their interpersonal and communication skills to have greater impact. Her purpose is to use appreciative inquiry, powerful questions, and evidence-based approaches that invite leaders to change themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Prior to her leadership development roles, Kira led the Public Health Research & Evaluation (PHRE) Line of Business at ICF, which included P&L responsibilities and leading a team of over 90 consultants primarily serving the Centers for Disease Control. As a business leader at both Macro International and ICF, Kira earned a reputation for exceeding revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and employee engagement and retention targets by serving as a trusted advisor, nurturing talent, leading through conflict, and creating the conditions to embrace change and sustain transformation.
