She has served in global HR executive roles with VMware, Oracle/Taleo, Kimberly-Clark, and Hewlett-Packard.
Since 2019, Lesley has also worked pro bono for the Women’s Impact Alliance (https://thewia.org). WIP works to advance the world’s highest potential and game-changing female leaders in social and environmental change. Lesley works as an Executive coach and Consultant for the Alliance.
