I see the big picture, observe the situation on the ground and from 20 thousand feet above the trees and through powerful questioning, collaboratively build a cohesive and visionary plan toward successful change. It’s been said that I intuitively merge all aspects of a team or an organization through empowering others and embracing cohesion. My passion is contagious.

With more than 30 years of corporate experience, I have held positions ranging from director, EVP through to CEO.  Within each position, I embraced a servant leader mindset, that of team first. The question I always ask is, “how can I serve and best support you?”

As a leader, I learned that to perform at my best, I sometimes needed to step back and become a follower – listening to and hearing others enables constant learning.  My strengths have been defined as improving Systems & Processes, streamlining Operations.  My passion is developing human capital into discovering, being and then performing their best.

The industries I have worked within are: retail – high-end fashion; manufacturing – premium soda and custom furniture design / fabrication; financial and legal services; public service – federal government; education – coaching certification and L & D design / facilitation; organizational change & strategy.
