Lisa has over 20 years of experience as a senior HR executive in several industries. Her cross industry experience, professional expertise and business acumen allow her to serve her clients with empathy and a results orientation.

As a coach, Lisa is known as a futuristic, open-minded, warm hearted and authentic person. Her vision is to leverage the science and art of coaching, partnering with her clients with ruthless compassion to ensure they enjoy stepping up to challenges and creating value together. 

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Lisa worked in leading multinational companies across food & beverage, banking technology, pharmaceuticals and retail. As a Senior Leader, she played key roles leading several organizational transition projects, which set the foundation for long-term and sustainable business growth. Such practical experiences triggered Lisa’s interest and passion in coaching after witnessing how coaching can support both individual leadership, teams and wider organizational development effectively.
