Lynn Ellen Queen brings to AIIR more than 25 years of experience helping clients find direction through executive coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning. She works globally with mid-level and senior leaders as well as teams in businesses, government, and non-profit sectors.
As an executive coach, Lynn Ellen is committed to empowering people and teams that are foundational to the success of an organization. With a clear focus on achieving individual and organizational results, she works with each client to build a trusting relationship in which she challenges and supports them to foster learning and growth.
In Lynn Ellen’s prior roles as an executive and consultant working in law, financial services, manufacturing, and non- profits, she has experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders across industries. In addition to her coaching and leadership development experience, Lynn Ellen also held positions in strategic planning, strategic execution, problem solving, project management, and process improvement.
Lynn Ellen earned a BA in French from Northwestern University and an MBA in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also earned a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute of Transformational Leadership.
In addition to being a member of the International Coach Federation, Lynn Ellen completed The Skilled Facilitator workshop and is a certified facilitator in SOAR. She is also certified to administer CCL’s Benchmarks for Managers and Benchmarks for Executives, Workplace Big Five 4.0, Influence Style Indicator, Change Navigator, FIRO-B, FIRO Business, the Hogan Development Suite, and MBTI assessments. Lynn Ellen holds a position as an adjunct executive and leadership coach with the Center for Creative Leadership. She also speaks French and previously spent several years in North Africa and Europe.
