Małgorzata is an experienced coach inspired by helping others uncover their true, unique potential and talents. Małgorzata’s natural empathy and many years of experience working for international companies result in a combination of a goal-orientated approach to sessions with warmth and an understanding of human emotions. Małgorzata’s work with leaders has led them to believe that to become exceptional in what they do, they need to define their strengths and build on them.
Małgorzata has worked for international FMCG companies for over fifteen years, holding senior managerial positions and leading teams of twenty to one hundred people. Being involved in regional projects and working in multinational teams, she gained business expertise but, more importantly, learned to understand different business perspectives and appreciate different cultures and leadership styles.
Since May 2010, Małgorzata has run her own coaching business specializing in executive and leadership coaching, helping leaders from FMCG businesses, IT, financial, and non-profit organizations. She is a certified 365 Tilt coach and a 360 Voices coach. In addition, she holds certification in Influence Style Indicator and is a certified TEIQ and Workplace Big Five Profile coach. She has also completed training on Developing Effective Teams Using Strengths to Improve Engagement, Performance, and Satisfaction at the Via Institute. In addition, she holds an ORSC (Organizational & Relationship System Coaching) certificate.
