Martha Soehren has deep expertise as a senior executive coach and consultant to executives globally. From building and leading a centralized learning, development, and talent function for a Fortune 50 company, to being an efficiency and organizational development expert for the US Army, and leading people and business processes for a not-for-profit, she has mastered organizational dynamics and leadership competency making her a sought-after coach.

As a coach and consultant, she is known for her graciousness, kindness, and directness – and her ability to tackle complex issues and define a path forward. She relates to all levels of employees on a personal and business level, and seeks to progress careers, build teams, and enhance leadership capabilities through meaningful coaching. She uses probing questions for discovery and resolution building, and to gain full engagement from clients.

Martha has over 30 years as a senior leader in the defense industry, higher education, the not-for-profit sector, and media and technology. She has global board experience that includes empowering women though coaching and development with The Women in Cable and Telecommunications Network, Society of Cable Telecommunications, and Technical Operations Committee. Martha advances executive education chairing the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing Educational Foundation Board in partnership with Harvard University. Martha chaired the Association of Talent Development’s Global Board of Directors, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Worldwide Institute for Action Learning.

She is strong supporter of Veterans, serving as an executive sponsor for the Veteran’s Network at Comcast, and Women in Cable and Telecommunications honored her with the Martha Soehren Veteran’s Award to help young female veterans with their career development. She personally coaches the recipients.
