As an ICF, Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, Maureen engages her clients in discovering their strengths, shifting perspectives for developing best and next practices, designing realistic action plans, and building success through self-reflection and thought-provoking questions.

Her coach approach is based on the human principles of the 4R competency model (Respect, Relationships, Recognition, and Rewards) as described in her book. She includes the twelve competencies that bring courage and care, empathy, and energy as well as the importance of well-being and well-doing into the corporate environment to increase creative, collaborative competitiveness.
