For over 18 years, Natalie Schürmann has served individuals, teams, and organizations as an executive coach, consultant, business leader, facilitator and trainer. As a global coach, Natalie coaches in German, Italian, English, and French. Clients know Natalie for her authenticity, positivity, expertise and inspiration to make others want to go the ‘extra mile’ to obtain successful results. In addition to executive coaching, Natalie also specializes in delivering coaching skills education, assessment for identification, development, & succession planning, and design, delivery & facilitation of development solutions.

Natalie’s global delivery has impacted numerous regions including Europe, Ryadh, Singapore, Russia, West, East and South Africa. Her global business experience spans the technology, internet, and professional services sectors. She developed several multicultural and virtual teams throughout her career. Most recently, Natalie was Global AVP Leadership & Organizational Development and acting head of the India based Leadership Institute for Infosys. Prior to Infosys, she was Portfolio Director and Head of Executive Coaching practice for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) EMEA. Other corporate roles have included Yahoo! Europe (Head of Talent Development), Dell, SITA (Societe Internationale
Telecommunications Aeronautiques), and the UK Employment.

Natalie received her Masters of Science (MSc) in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths College, University of London and her Bachelors at London Metropolitan University. She is currently undertaking an additional postgraduate diploma in Neuroscience and Mental Health, at the University of London. Her coaching approach is anchored in positive psychology. She is a CTI Accredited Co-Active Coach, ICF certified as well as trained in ORSC (CRR) Team Coaching and certified in AIIR’s Team Effectiveness and the CMI (Coaching Mindset Index). She is certified in multiple psychological assessment instruments and stress management techniques and is a member of the BPS (British Psychological Society) as well as Mental Health Europe.
