NaTasha Jordan, PhD is an Industrial Organizational Psychology Practitioner who has led various human capital change initiatives aimed at developing individuals, teams, and organizations, improving employee well-being, performance, and satisfaction, and developing/enhancing training and development programs.

She is a diverse, innovative, and versatile leader with an evidence-based and research-backed approach to solutions. In addition to her human capital experience, she uses her digital marketing and branding skills to help clients increase their leads and sales by creating strategic action plans to transform their use of digital media, technology and data.

Dr. Jordan is highly effective at helping junior level executives thrive through change. Specifically she helps junior executives achieve self awareness, professional effectiveness and balance in their career and lives. She also uses the power of marketing and branding to help junior executives internally market the organization’s brand to their most important client – their employees.

Dr. Jordan obtained a doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Consumer Psychology concentrated Industrial Organizational Psychology Master’s Degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a member and leader of the American Psychological Association’s (APA) Society of Consulting Psychology and is currently pursuing her ICF certification.
