Nikki possesses deep knowledge of the healthcare industry. She is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for a local hospital system, providing oversight of all aspects of the healthcare system. She chaired the Quality Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee and was a key member of the Ethics Committee and the Advance Care Planning Committee. In addition, she is a charter member of the Equal Access Workgroup to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities receive the care and respect they deserve. She is a hospice volunteer and a Certified Grief Coach.
