One of Nikki’s key differentiators as an Executive Coach is that she has stood in your shoes as a business leader responsible for the success of the organization.

She is known for her expertise in IT/high tech where she spent 37-years, including 21 years at Cisco Systems. If you find yourself leading complex, cross-functional teams and initiatives, Nikki can help. She is adept at supporting you in navigating competing priorities, clarifying the problem statement, aligning disparate groups toward a common outcome, and communicating effectively through conflict.

She also has in-depth knowledge and understanding of Healthcare. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Quality Committee for her local healthcare system where she works with physicians, allied health professionals, nurses and executives on strategy, quality, credentialing, and patient experience. She has also served on the Patient & Family Advisory Council, the Ethics Committee, was the founding community member of their Advance Care Planning initiative, is a hospice volunteer, and finally a Certified Grief Coach.

While Nikki supports her clients on a variety of leadership topics, she is a specialist in Communication. This includes such things as communicating with impact, executive presence, high-stakes discussions such as asking for a promotion or raise, navigating difficult discussions, moving from conflict to conversation, and giving and receiving feedback.

Prior to becoming an Executive Coach in 2016, she spent most of her corporate career leading geographically and culturally diverse global teams to develop products and services to meet the needs of her customers. She has functional leadership experience in engineering, product management, product marketing, business operations, services/customer experience, sales and strategy & planning.

Additionally, Nikki served as Chief of Staff for SVPs at Cisco, requiring her to be adept at working through conflict, aligning cross-functional leadership around common outcomes, navigating uncertainty and communicating with influence and clarity. She is known as a confident and courageous leader who will call out the unspeakables in a way that is gracious and professional yet to the point.
