Rachel Kadosh brings to AIIR extensive experience in executive coaching and consulting to enable leaders, teams, and organizations to achieve their potential, above and beyond what they may have thought possible. She customizes a research based, multi- disciplinary and results-oriented approach for each client and focuses on producing sustainable outcomes with meaningful impact.
She has coached executives across sectors on goals related to leadership style, self-awareness, self-management, confidence, executive presence, achievement of results, conflict resolution, and interpersonal dynamics. Her clients describe her style as insightful, challenging yet supportive, and results-oriented.
Rachel has coached a variety of clients, including many CEOs, partnering with them to take their leadership, a critical professional relationship, or their entire leadership team to the next level of achievement and development.
Rachel’s expertise in executive performance is based on her background as a retained executive search consultant specializing in CEO, President, and Vice President level positions. During her tenure as a consultant, her assessment of hundreds of leaders provided her with a deep knowledge about what it takes to be successful as an executive.
Rachel’s management experience includes leadership at the University of California, Berkeley, where she oversaw employment services for their 20,000 employees, led executive recruitment, and played a key role in the transformation of the employment services function. She also consulted for the Haas School of Business and taught conflict resolution and team dynamics at the undergraduate level.
Rachel graduated from Columbia University’s Advanced Executive Coaching Certification Program at the highest level awarded. She is certified in The Hogan Development Suite, The Neethling Brain Instrument and The Leadership Versatility Index 360. She is also qualified in the administration of a wide range of other assessments including the Myers Briggs (MBTI). Her Masters Degree in Psychology is from John F. Kennedy University and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology was conferred with honors, from Vassar College.
