Rachel’s expertise in executive performance is based on her background as a retained executive search consultant specializing in CEO, President, and Vice President-level positions. During her tenure as a consultant, her assessment of hundreds of leaders provided her with deep knowledge about what it takes to be successful as an executive.
Rachel’s management experience includes leadership at the University of California, Berkeley, where she oversaw employment services for their 20,000 employees, led executive recruitment, and played a key role in the transformation of the employment services function. She also consulted for the Haas School of Business and taught conflict resolution and team dynamics at the undergraduate level.
