Silvia Suen, MBA

Silvia has two decades of corporate leadership and consulting experience across Greater China, Singapore, South Korea and the U.S. She has worked extensively advising senior leaders on topics including talent development, organization design and business growth. Until recently, she worked at Spencer Stuart’s Shanghai office and was responsible for the executive recruitment and leadership advisory projects among consumer & retail clients. Prior, she turned around the retail business at Miele China and achieved 3x growth in 3 years. She spent the first half of her career in management consulting, private equity and       in-house strategy at Consumer MNCs.

She is currently a leadership coach and trainer. She helps executives go from being directive to achieving collective success by uncovering their creative energies. In addition to one-on-one coaching, she conducts group coaching to improve team effectiveness and enhance co-creation capabilities.  She is a CPCC and ACC certified coach, and is also a certified practitioner of Leadership Circle Profile. In addition, she offers mental fitness programs (Positive Intelligence).

Silvia received an MBA from INSEAD and her bachelor degree in commerce from the University of Virginia. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she has lived across three continents and lived in Shanghai in 2014-2023. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
