Supriti coaches leaders at the CXO/CXO-1 and 2 levels, across a wide range of industries including Retail & Consumer, Pharma & Healthcare, Technology, Media, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private equity and Start ups.

She is skilled at helping clients develop and improve areas such as their

Combining ~30 years in global HR leadership roles and serving on the Boards of two public companies (Meritor HVSIL and Automotive Axles Ltd), Supriti draws on a deep understanding of organizational context, personality and motivation, to have powerful, solution focused coaching conversations with clients. Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, she led global HR teams at Wipro Limited, helping its leaders scale the company to a multi-billion dollar global organization of 150,000 employees. Her corporate and board exposure have helped her develop a deep understanding of organizational context, personality and motivation, enhancing her ability to coach leaders in an effective way.

She is also passionate about building leadership capacity in the non-profit sector and serves on the Board for AIIR Consulting’s Elevate Project, a pro-bono initiative which helps purpose-driven organizations access elite coaching services.

As a student of human behavior, she is interested in new research in areas like neuroscience, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral models.
