Biography

Thom Fox is a leadership development strategist and award-winning learning architect with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations grow stronger, more capable leaders. His work blends behavioral science, strategic talent development, and practical business insight to create leadership programs that drive measurable impact.

Thom’s career spans multiple chapters, including nearly two decades helping scale a social enterprise from startup to a multimillion-dollar organization. He later founded a strategic consultancy focused on customer insight, revenue strategy, and leadership effectiveness, advising clients ranging from early-stage ventures to established companies navigating complex growth. He then served as Chief People Officer for a leadership institute, where he designed behaviorally based development programs for mid-sized organizations and Fortune 500 companies.

Today, Thom continues that work as a Principal Leadership Consultant, designing and delivering learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, align executive teams, and support enterprise-wide transformation. His programs and client partnerships have earned national recognition, including a Brandon Hall Excellence Award for leadership development.
