Biography
Traci Ross is a Professional Certified Coach and retired U.S. Navy leader with more than 24 years of service. She built her leadership foundation in carrier aviation, operating in environments where trust, communication, and adaptability were mission-critical, and led cross-functional teams through complex operational challenges that shaped her understanding of what allows people and organizations to perform at their best under pressure.
Her career included key assignments with the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, the U.S. Naval Academy, the Office of Naval Intelligence, and the Army War College — work that broadened her expertise across strategy, organizational dynamics, policy, and talent. In addition to her work with AIIR, Traci is also Co-Founder of Belle Haven Solutions, a leadership coaching and consulting firm, where she brings that operational perspective to leaders facing their own high-stakes decisions.
Traci coaches senior executives, military leaders, emerging leaders, and intact teams across the public and private sectors. Her work focuses on leadership development; organizational transformation; team effectiveness; culture and communication; and leading through complex change.
Blending the discipline and lessons of military leadership with proven coaching methodologies, Traci challenges clients to think differently, experiment with new behaviors, and translate insight into action.
