Xaviera holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Graduate Fellow at the Wharton School, and a Bachelor's specializing in Neuroscience and Organizational Behaviour from Quest University Canada. She is certified across the full Korn Ferry suite of assessments and brings experience across 360-degree feedback methodologies and a range of psychometric tools used in executive development.
