Charlotte V. Stein | Director of Global Leadership at Bristol Myers Squibb

Charlotte is Director of Global Leadership Development at Bristol Myers Squibb. An internationally recognized expert with experience consulting across industries, Charlotte has deep expertise in HR functions including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Post-Merger Integration, and DE&I, among others.

In her current role, Charlotte is responsible for the growth and development of more than 2,500 company leaders around the globe. Her proven approach to enterprise leadership and talent development strategies centers around innovative, individualized, and immersive leadership development experiences that empower senior leaders to develop their skills, advance their careers, and deliver life-saving solutions to patients with serious diseases.

Charlotte holds a Master’s Degree in International Employment Relations and HR Management from the London School of Economics, UK.

Andy Jackson | Chief Human Resources Officer at Fitch Group

Andy Jackson is CHRO at Fitch Group. Prior to assuming his current role, he was Global Head of HR at Fitch Ratings.

Andy joined Fitch in 2007 as a recruitment specialist and subsequently worked as HR Business Partner to the Corporate and Financial Institutions Ratings groups before being promoted to Head of HR for Europe and Asia. Before coming to Fitch, Andy was Head of Consulting at the Careers Group, specializing in career coaching and graduate recruitment and serving Fitch as one of his clients. Earlier, he managed the Career & Placement Service at the Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) and worked as a recruitment consultant specializing in financial markets.

Mr. Jackson has a BA in English & Theatre from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.

Paula Fagundes-Ventura | Global Head of Coaching | Goldman Sachs

Paula is a vice president and the global head of coaching at Pine Street, Goldman Sachs’s leadership development group. She brings over 15 years of experience to her work as an executive coach to leaders at the firm.

Paula’s blended coaching and business backgrounds enable her to bring a commercial mindset to her work. Coachees value her ability to challenge assumptions and push them outside their comfort zones, and they find her to be intuitive, pragmatic, and action-oriented. 

Paula joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 in the Investment Banking Division in Brazil. She also worked in the Consumer Retail Investment Banking Division in New York and held several roles within Human Capital Management. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Paula worked at Itau and Rio Bravo Project Finance, financial services firms in Brazil. She is a member of the faculty at the Columbia University School of Professional Studies Masters’ program in Human Capital Management.

Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Brazil.
