Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic
Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in business psychology profiling, talent management, and people analytics. He has published 10 books and written more than 150 articles and scientific papers on the psychology of talent, leadership, innovation, and AI, making him one of the most prolific psychologists of his generation. His latest, Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders?, is due out March 12.
Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic is Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling, and Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University. He was formerly CEO of Hogan Assessment Systems and has consulted clients in financial services, media, advertising, consumer goods, fashion, and government.
Dr. Michael Platt
Dr. Michael Platt is a renowned interdisciplinary professor in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Marketing and founder and director of the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative, a cutting-edge, multi-disciplinary research effort pushing the boundaries of what we know about how the brain works, how that influences business and marketing, and how that understanding can improve human life.
Dr. Platt holds positions at the University of Pennsylvania in the Department of Neuroscience in the Perelman School of Medicine, the Department of Psychology in the School of Arts and Sciences, and the Department of Marketing in the Wharton School. His research is supported by organizations such as the National Foundation, the Klingenstein Foundation, the McDonnell Foundation and the Department of Defense.
