Chuck Ainsworth is a top executive and leadership coach, personally requested by C-suite leaders when the stakes are high. Chuck has served as Head of Learning and Development for an international disaster relief organization and as a leadership development, executive and team coach for physicians and senior administrators at Cone Health, a national ranked healthcare system. Then, as Head of Coaching for 5 years at the Center for Creative Leadership, he led 500 executive coaches in providing 20,000+ sessions each year and was the lead creator of Better Conversations Every DayTM (BCE), a highly successful experience designed to be scaled for enterprise culture change, and aimed at unlocking emotionally intelligent, feedback rich, conversations.
Chuck has an MA in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and has been certified as a coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2007. He holds certifications in team coaching, performance consulting, and human performance improvement and is qualified to deliver a wide range of psychometric instruments including MBTI, FIRO-B®, Hogan, Workplace Big Five, and the full suite of CCL assessments and 360s.
