Sarah Piff is the Director of Customer Success. In her role, she leads a high-performing operations team to ensure that AIIR provides exceptional client experiences. Serving as an asset to AIIR and its clients, the team executes the day-to-day client engagements across all service lines and products.
Sarah joined the AIIR team after spending 15 years in the higher education sector. During that time, she managed a number of departments and oversaw residence life, staff leadership and development, student conduct, and crisis response. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Social Work and an M.A. in Student Affairs and Higher Education. Outside of AIIR, Sarah is an avid reader, an adventurous eater, and a proud pet parent to her lab/coonhound mix, Honus.
