Allie Wilkinson brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development and organizational change to AIIR, supporting clients through executive coaching, strategic planning and team development. Allie partners with mid-level to senior leaders and teams who want to accelerate their leadership potential and impact.
As an executive coach, Allie shares a warmth and boldness with clients as they navigate complexity and increasing challenges. She creates space for her clients to explore limiting beliefs and assumptions and to help them find growth in adversity and joy in change. By supporting her clients in making decisions and taking actions that draw upon their inner strength and values, they discover new possibilities that enrich both their professional and personal lives. Allie is passionate about creating culture transformation by connecting the leadership, team and organizational needs throughout her work. When her clients can see their own barriers to progress with a fresh perspective, they can find new paths to success.
Across her corporate career in management consulting and healthcare, Allie led major enterprise initiatives; She has redesigned divisions, evaluated mergers and acquisitions, launched innovative business models, and turned around failing market segments. From her prior leadership roles in strategy, organizational development and program management, she brings her deep experience in the interior world of complex organizations to her coaching and consulting practice. Allie understands the challenges leaders face and knows what it takes to create sustainable change.
Allie is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and earned certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is certified in the Predictive Index and The Leadership Circle and serves on the faculty for Linkage’s Women In Leadership Institute. Allie has a BS with distinction in Human Development from Cornell University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
