Most recently, Charlie was a leader in the Partner & Leadership Development (PLD) group at PwC, the world’s largest professional services firm. Charlie was part of a team dedicated to designing and delivering world-class leadership development programs and creating a firm-wide culture of coaching and feedback, both efforts leading to the firm’s induction into Training magazine’s Hall of Fame. She was tasked with leading a coaching and assessment based leadership program for hundreds of newly admitted partners, with responsibilities including financial and resource oversight, coaching, design, implementation, and facilitation. She also led the firm’s experienced hire on-boarding program that involves 3,000+ new hires each year, continuing her commitment to helping people navigate career transitions.
Earlier in her career, Charlie was in PwC’s Tax practice for 13 years, cultivating her skills in sales and business development, leading teams, and building relationships both with clients and within an organization.
