Dr. Claire Rodgers brings a diverse background in psychology, business, wellness, and research to AIIR. As a consultant, Claire leverages her significant expertise in personality assessment and coaching to drive deep insight and sustained change.
Claire’s strong psychology background informs her ability to establish compelling insights and ask powerful, effective questions. Her greatest passion is guiding her clients toward a self-understanding that ultimately leads to enhanced performance and flourishing in the workplace. Her areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, diversity in the workplace, female leadership development, mind-body connection, and wellness training.
Claire began her professional journey in journalism and design. She has a profound appreciation of how creativity and innovation in the workplace can breathe new vitality into an organizational space. Claire was also a researcher at Columbia University, where she engaged an historic developmental research study on widowed mothers and their infant children affected by the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Her enthusiastic, insight-oriented and encouraging approach to client partnership aids in revivifying the workspace culture and enhancing interpersonal working relationships for optimal team functioning and effectiveness.
Claire received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Widener University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Boston University, Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Society of Personality Assessment (SPA).
