Courtney Quigley is an Executive Assessment Consultant at AIIR, based out of Chicago, Illinois. Her role entails helping companies assess executive leadership potential through the interpretation of psychometric, personality, and other assessments. She brings to AIIR a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, talent acquisition, people management in the healthcare and nonprofit industries, and project-based consulting work. Her past consulting experience includes employee wellness program development, program effectiveness survey development, and DEI initiatives with a focus on disability.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology with a minor in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Roosevelt University. She is presently working on her Master’s thesis, “Perceptions of People with Invisible Disabilities in the Workplace: A Meta Analysis of Existing Literature, Proposed Expansion and Improvement for Future Research.” When she’s not working, Courtney likes to rollerskate, sing karaoke, take road trips, and spend time with her friends and family (including her dogs).
