Gary Bond is an executive coach and leadership consultant who works with leaders to assess and develop their skills to meet evolving career needs and to achieve leadership excellence. He also designs interventions including training, seminars, team building and strategic planning initiatives.
He approaches coaching engagements as a shared mission to partner with his clients to address issues and opportunities in a ‘fact-based’ manner. Through his expertise in strategy and change management, he provides effective coaching that is relevant and tailored to client’s needs, aspirations and in meeting targeted goals.
Gary has expertise in accelerating team development, coaching project teams, meeting design and management, decision making, facilitation, and working with cross-cultural teams. His experience spans Fortune 500 companies, middle market firms and tech startups. Gary brings more than 30 years of experience in providing strategic leadership and coaching in the areas of project management, process improvement, change management, training, facilitation and the development of analytic systems and enterprise IT solutions. He combines experience as an entrepreneur, senior leader in industry, and as a management consultant. Gary has worked with teams in over 30 countries and deployed solutions to 80 countries. His clients include: Credit Suisse, Barclays, Bank of America, Chase, UBS, Merrill Lynch, Marsh & McLennan, Dun & Bradstreet, IHS, Dell EMC, Microsoft, Bayer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Amplify. Gary was president of CPCE, a regional training and consulting firm he founded. The firm delivered training to over 250,000 individuals over a 12-year period before its sale to Knowledge Universe.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University. He served as Program Manager for Columbia University’s Computer Technology and Applications (CTA) program which focused on delivering training to business professionals. Gary resides with his wife in New York City.
