Her clients include corporate executives and business owners in the U.S. and overseas. Her clients represent a diverse range of fields including financial services, law, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, technology, education and non-profits. By partnering with high performing and high achieving leaders to navigate complex work environments, Ianna empowers them to think differently about their situation, their peers, their teams and themselves. Her results oriented approach encourages them to challenge the status quo and the behaviors that may be working against them. In doing so, Ianna helps people and organizations make transformational change.

Ianna received her MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and her B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Brown University.
