Iris Nafshi brings an extensive experience in leadership and executive development spanning across multiple industries. As an executive coach, Iris has particular expertise in helping leaders unlock their potential by addressing a leader’s specific development opportunities within the context of the organization’s strategy and business environment.

As a business leader, Iris’ career spanned the bio-pharma, technology, and packaged food industries. In her most recent role, Iris was the VP of Talent & Learning at Campbell Soup where she was responsible for building Talent Management and learning solutions that enabled employees and leaders reach their full potential. Prior to this role, she was the Global Head of Leadership & Executive development at Microsoft. Iris set the strategy for leadership development for all leaders at Microsoft and designed cutting-edge learning experiences in support of senior leaders and employees identified as high potential. Additionally, she was responsible for all aspects related to executive onboarding, coaching, assessment, and development. She partnered with the CEO, and the Head of R&D to lead the Strategy Conference, a tri-annual event focused on developing Microsoft's best and brightest talent. in the company.

Prior to Microsoft, Iris was Director, Organizational Development, at Bristol-Myers Squibb. During the course of her career at BMS, Iris has built expertise in Leadership Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, and served as an HR Business Partner.

Iris received her MA in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and she holds a second MA degree in Organizational Psychology from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. Before moving to the U.S., Iris was a Captain in the Israeli Army working as an Organizational Development Consultant in the Field Artillery Division.

Alongside her professional pursuits, Iris enjoys raising her four children, traveling around the world, and training for triathlons.
