Justin Zamora is a Leadership Consultant at AIIR Consulting and he leads the Research & Analytics Division. Justin brings a diverse background in psychology, business, and research to AIIR. As a leadership consultant and executive coach, Justin provides data-driven and psychologically-informed services in the areas of company culture, talent assessment, and leadership and team development. While in graduate school, Justin founded Perspective Consulting and Analytics where he consulted with hi-tech startups, university, nonprofit, consumer goods, telemarketing, and retail firms. He assessed startup leadership teams seeking capital from private investment firms, developed hiring programs to identify characteristics of successful employees, and identified high potential candidates for executive management training programs. Justin obtained a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in Systems Psychology from Brigham Young University. He has received certifications from Cornell University in High Performance and Executive Leadership. He is a member of the American Psychological Association’s (APA) Society of Consulting Psychology, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Division of Quantitative and Qualitative Methods. He is fluent in Spanish.
