Laura Montville MS
Laura Montville, MSOD, PCC is an executive coach and organization and leadership development consultant. Laura has experience in industries in bio-tech, finance, manufacturing, and deep experience in the healthcare field. She also has several years of experience in small family business ownership.
Laura is known for her ability to work with executives in highly technical arenas facilitating the restoration and effectiveness of relationships in order to carry out complex tasks and strategies. She is committed to developing people’s capacity so that they are empowered to lead fearlessly and create powerful results.
She was recruited to bring her expertise to The Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership to design and deliver physician leadership programming. For four years, she brought groups of physician leaders together to not only deliver the programming but to collaborate on the curriculum design. These courses were designed to empower the physician leader with competencies such as; Self Awareness (including Emotional Intelligence), Strategic Thinking, Finance, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution and Systems Thinking.
She holds an M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.
Laura has successfully coached leaders across multiple levels of an organization to establish effective relationships, create organizational goals and develop team culture. With extensive experience coaching physician leaders, Laura has worked with teams to take them from a siloed culture to one that is more integrated and relational.
Provided program management, design, strategic thinking and facilitation to create the Physician Executive Leadership Institute. Using a systems-approach that includes a cycle of assessment, challenge and support, clients’ are equipped to accelerate development and build leader behaviors. Laura asks intuitive and challenging questions to bring powerful awareness to clients about their values, strengths and behaviors.
Laura is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coach Federation, a Gestalt Certified Coach, through Gestalt International Study Center and is currently creating case studies for her work with healthcare organizations to quality for certification with the Relational Coordination Research Collaboration, A Brandies University Collaborative.
