Lesley Hoare is a highly experienced talent management and human resources consultant in addition to her role as an Executive Coach. She brings to AIIR extensive executive level leadership experience across a variety of industries and global regions.
As a coach, Lesley is enthusiastic and empowering, with a positive regard for the unique qualities and potential of each person. Her expertise includes providing inspired and strategic guidance for senior executives, including those in career transition, helping them identify and leverage their strengths to achieve their career goals.
Additionally, Lesley has served in a number of talent management positions with a focus on creating innovative, forward-thinking HR solutions for global corporations with large millennial, mobile, and diverse workforces. These solutions range from talent supply, leadership development, performance management, and engagement in order to position organizations for success. Lesley is skilled in bringing internal and external stakeholders together to adopt and deliver these policies and programs. She has served in HR executive roles with VMware, Oracle/Taleo, Kimberly-Clark, and Hewlett-Packard.
Lesley is consistently rated as top speaker at events for Human Capital Management (HCM) and talent best practices. She has led presentations at events sponsored by organizations like Evanta, HCI, Argyle, and Oracle. Lesley received Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Innovation Award in 2007 and the European Top Achiever Award in 1997.
Lesley acquired a Masters in Training and Development from the University of Leicester and a Teacher’s Degree in English Literature and Education from the University of Durham. She possesses a Professional Coaching Certificate from the International Coaching Federation. Lesley currently resides in California.
