Libby Dishner’s passion for coaching and the impact it has on organizations is evident in the results she enables working with leaders individually and in teams. Libby explores mindsets, builds awareness, and supports sustainable behavior changes so her clients find themselves living on the corner of success and happiness.
AIIR clients benefit from Libby’s 25 years of experience, all of which have focused on improving the performance of individuals and organizations. She is a student of both coaching and leadership bringing the insights she has garnered into her practice. She has worked with leaders in start-ups, small and mid-sized businesses, as well as top Fortune 500 companies. Before becoming a coach, Libby was the human resources executive for a bank. Her career also includes consulting, facilitation, change management, and teaching Organizational Behavior as an adjunct.
Libby has a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s degrees in human resources from The Ohio State University. She also holds other professional certifications, including a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. Currently, Libby serves as the President of the board ICF Virginia.
