Marian’s expertise includes executive coaching, leadership development, management training, assessments, team building, and offsite, workshop, and meeting facilitation to develop talent at all levels of the organization. Marian is passionate about developing people to meet their potential and specializes in the leadership development needs of introverts. She has coached C-Suite executives, senior and emerging leaders, as well as high-potential employees for executive, leadership, and managerial success, performance improvement, and personal fulfillment.

As a transformational coach, Marian facilitates her clients’ self-reflection and self-discovery through assessments and coaching conversations, teaching new tools and techniques, empowering clients to create and implement their action plans, and holding her clients accountable for their outcomes. She creates learning experiences in her coaching sessions that transfer back to the work environment, thus effecting behavioral change, mindset shift, enhanced work effectiveness, and improved performance.

Marian is a highly trained coach and boasts certifications including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™, Conversational Intelligence®, Certified Workplace Mediator and Conflict Resolution Trainer, and Leadership and Management Excellence Certifications by the American Management Association. Marian has also earned certifications in various assessment tools including MBTI® Steps I, II, & III, The Hogan Assessments, ESCI 360 – Emotional and Social Competency Inventory by the Hay Group, DiSC, Color Q®, Conflict Dynamics Profile®, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Neethling Brain Instrument™ – NBI™ Thinking Preferences Assessment, The Neuroscience of Personality.

Marian holds an MBA in International Business and Strategic Marketing (Baruch College/CUNY), an MA in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design (The City College of New York/CUNY), and a BA/MA in English and Russian Languages and Literatures and Adult Learning (University of Debrecen, Hungary). Marian started her career as a full-time Tenured Professor of Foreign Languages and Technical Writing in the School of Engineering of the University of Debrecen in Hungary. In the last 25 years, living in New York City, she held adjunct instructor positions, consulted for Thomson Reuters, worked for the United Nations, and served in leadership roles, including Director of Leadership and Organization Development in the New York City Health and Hospitals system and as Associate Director of professional development and academic programs at the City College of New York/CUNY.

Marian is fluent in English and Hungarian (her native language), has professional working proficiency in Russian and Spanish, and is conversant in French. She communicates effectively in a multicultural environment and inspires confidence among individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds. She enjoys traveling and has visited, worked, or studied in 35+ countries, including China, South Korea, Russia, Dubai, Costa Rica, Cuba, Tunisia, Egypt, and most countries in Europe.
