Maureen Rabotin is an accomplished executive coach, author, and keynote speaker. After several years of managing multicultural teams across languages and time zones, Maureen accompanies her coaching clients who navigate the currents of globalization. Maureen has a passion for cultural and emotional intelligence as well as NeuroLeadershipTM. Prior to her coaching career, she was European Product Leader of Microradiology and an Export Director for Asia-Pacific markets. With a foot on each continent (France and USA), Maureen invites people to reflect on two questions: “What needs to shift in me to bring out the best in others?” and “How can we build bridges across cultural, linguistic, generational, and gender divides?” With more than 18 years of designing and facilitating training programs for corporate clients involved in intercultural and international assignments as well as management to leadership transitions in global organizations, she accompanies executives navigating the currents of globalization. As an ICF, Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, Maureen engages her clients in discovering their strengths, shifting perspectives for developing best and next practices, designing realistic action plans, and building success through self-reflection and thought-provoking questions.
Maureen is the author of Culture Savvy – working and collaborating across the globe, and has published articles in Choice Magazine, T&D (ATD), Mobility (ERC), and recorded podcasts on www.allbusiness.com and www.w2wlink.com.
